What we collect
When you request a stay, the form collects your name, email, phone number, dates, guest count, your message, and how you heard about us, if you tell us.
How we use it
Only to answer your request: to confirm availability, send your stay total, and send the payment link and rental agreement.
Where it goes
The form is hosted by Netlify, which emails your request to us. We keep booking details in a private spreadsheet. Payments are handled by Stripe on Stripe’s own page; we never see your full card number.
Who sees it
Us, plus the service providers that host our request form, store our records and process payments, such as Netlify and Stripe. We share it with them only as needed to handle your request or payment. We don’t sell your information or share it with anyone else.
We’ll only send you marketing email if you ask us to.
How long we keep it
Five years, then we delete it.
The website
Our hosting and network providers process standard technical information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site. We don’t use analytics or ad tracking.

Bookings made through Airbnb or Vrbo follow their privacy policies.
